Abstract

As a company which ready to compete in the globalization era, GGF & Country Club Surabaya demand their employees for give the best performance to reach the company’s goal. The employee’s performance appraised in a performance appraisal process for periodical time. In this current time, the performance appraisal at GGF & Country Club Surabaya which only done by the manager have less of objectivity. Except that, there are no process for monitoring and evaluate the result of performance appraisal which make the company feel difficult to know about the employee’s development. 360-Degree method is the one of performance appraisal method which have the focus point for the rater. The appraisal haven’t done only by the manager, but also do by their subordinates, their peers, and also by their self. It will make the result more objective because the performace appraised by many peoples. The result from employee’s performance can do the monitoring based on the value from the appraisal. The evaluation will be given by the company based on the value’s representation which shown by the graphic of performance appraisal’s result. The implementation from Monitoring and Evaluation Employee Performance Information System with 360-Degree Appraisal Method give more objective result. This system prevent the re-appraise by the same rater so that the result more accurate and show the real from employee’s performance. Beside that, the system give the information for the management about the employee’s performance to get some monitoring and evaluation.
