Abstract

The purpose in writing this report is to provide an overview of the system of recruitment and compensation systems in KJPP Chalimatus and Partners. The method used in writing this report is to study directly the recruitment and compensation system applied to the enterprise KJPP Chalimatus and colleagues. It also conducted a comparison study between the application literature as the company with the literature that guide. The result is a Public Assessment Services Office (KJPP) Chalimatus and Partners implement recruitment systems ranging from sorting incoming application letter, selecting up hiring manually. Public Assessment Services Office (KJPP) Chalimatus and Partners have implemented two forms of compensation and given to employees. The compensation is compensation that is directly in the form of a basic salary and allowances and indirect in the form of further education and other facilities.
