Abstract

Information system is one of the main supporters of each company for the management of information. Application of information technology is also used in the operational process at the hospital. Hospital business processes require different information and data formats specific needs of patients and provide an opportunity for other business functions in the hospital to perform certain operation the RSU Haji Surabaya in the process of applying information technology operation. This paper describes the information systems audit on inpatient installation that can be applied in assessing the performance of system processes information. To measure the alignment between business processes, applications, and business strategy company needs to conduct an audit of information systems with a standard COBIT 4.1. Because the calculation of COBIT can represent the level of maturity of the company. And the audit focused on the customer perspective Balanced Scorecard to see an assessment of the customer side. From the results of information systems audit, the resulting value Maturity Level 2.60, which falls under the category repeatable but intuitive. The study also produced recommendations for improving the process of standardization of information systems already existing procedures and increased efforts in pushing SIM-RS and inpatient installation RSU Haji Surabaya in the use of standards that have been standardized and increased efforts to documenting procedures and process information systems that already exist.
